ABOUT ME
For the past 7 years, I’ve worked as a recruiter, making hiring decisions alongside managers for their teams. During this time, the job market has changed many times. I’ve gone through changes myself — changes that came from decisions I made. What has always mattered most to me is that I get to decide about my career.
Conversation, consultation, and guidance are key to me — because I know how much the “old Michalina,” in the midst of difficult changes, would have given to talk to the “new Michalina” who had already been through them.
I hold a Master’s degree in Business Psychology from SWPS University (Wrocław) and completed postgraduate studies in Job Coaching & Career Counseling at SWPS University.
Work is my passion — that’s why beyond recruitment, I also grow as a Trainer, running workshops on Recruitment, AI, Self-Presentation, Motivation, HR Strategy, and Employer Branding.
